Our events
Our event formats
Mindful Coworking
We invite you to work on your own projects and plans in a mindful and friendly atmosphere and in silence, or simply to calmly complete things that have been postponed or left undone.
Online impulse
Online sessions bring us together. We delve deeper into a topic and practice mindful communication.
Retreat
In retreats, we deepen our practice over several days and dedicate time and energy to a topic that moves us. The exchange of experiences within the group helps us in this process.
Walking meditation
We walk mindfully, connecting with our steps. Through walking meditation, we gain insights into the quality of our strides. Once a year, we invite people worldwide to explore a relevant topic in depth and relate it to their own steps and their own lives.
Regional meeting
We meet on-site for exchange and joint practice, taking a deep look at the various aspects of mindful economics.

Support the
Network for Mindful Business e.V.
We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
