As a freelance graphic designer, photographer, and companion for seniors, I am not only an empathetic listener in all aspects of life, but also a caring companion who, above all, wants to walk through life with an open heart and dedication. Together, we awaken the beauty of the moment, of the task at hand, foster conversations, and create space for new experiences. As a companion, I offer seniors not only companionship, but also my loving presence. In this connection, mindfulness of life unfolds.
As a photographer, I am inspired by spaces: natural and residential spaces that tell their own stories and reveal how stillness becomes visible. Places with special lighting and unusual details, whose uniqueness is captured through the lens.
My vision as a companion is to give older people the feeling of being seen, valued, and secure. Through my work, I enable a life in which independence can be maintained, but doesn't have to be borne alone. With heart, patience, and respect, I stand by the side of people who bring a wealth of life experience, and I am privileged to offer them what is often most valuable in everyday life: empathy, time, and loving closeness.
In my interactions with people, I take the time to listen attentively and deeply, creating an atmosphere of connection, appreciation, and trust. Together, we often discover the joy of the present moment and the shared experience of being. Mindfulness is a key to everything that connects us and enables us to work together.
For over 10 years, I have been part of the Mindful Business Network. It is important to me that values are not just words on paper. We need people from all walks of life who take responsibility, are interested in mindfulness in their professional and personal lives, and want to contribute to a new way of thinking in business. Therefore, I want to connect with people who want to focus on mindfulness in themselves and others. Mindfulness allows us to deeply connect with life. We become awake and aware of what is happening in the present moment.

We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
