In our interactions, I feel a genuine sense of inner involvement: in successful projects as well as in failures. The group provides support, stability, and helps you get back on your feet when needed.
About me:
My journey to mindfulness didn't begin in theory, but in life itself – in a crisis that pushed me to my limits. Today I know: Without meditation and mindfulness, I wouldn't have survived that time unscathed.
And from this experience, I feel the strength to share the path of mindfulness with others in similar situations, or even in challenging leadership and everyday situations.
For me, mindfulness isn't a method – it's my inner anchor. The place from which I work, guide, and create spaces. As a coach, trainer, and consultant, I combine mindfulness with scientifically grounded approaches from neuroscience and positive psychology in the areas of personal development, leadership, and mental health.
One participant once described it this way: "You can feel it – nothing can disturb your peace." For me, that's one of the nicest compliments.
I've been an active practitioner in the Mindfulness Network (NAW) since 2018. Since 2020, I've been involved in the "Mindfulness in Organizations" working group and lead the Monday morning meditation.

Network for Mindful Business e.V.
We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
