Mindful Co-Working online Austria

Working alone often means distractions, countless small to-dos, and little progress on what's important. In this session, you'll practice mindfulness in the midst of your workday, practicing, focusing, and working on exactly what you intend to do in a community of like-minded individuals.

Overview

Warum?


Alleine arbeiten heißt oft: Ablenkungen, zig kleine To-dos, wenig Fortschritt beim Wichtigen. In dieser Session übst du dich in Achtsamkeit mitten im Arbeitsalltag, praktizierst, fokussierst und bearbeitest genau das, was du dir vornimmst in der Gemeinschaft Gleichgesinnter.


So läuft’s ab (bis zum gemeinsamen Mittagessen):


  • 08:30 – 08:35 Uhr Ankommen im Zoom

  • 08:35 – 08:45 Uhr Ein paar Worte zum Ablauf und zu den Regeln. Runde: Teilen, woran wir arbeiten wollen

  • 08:45 – 09:00 Uhr Geführte Meditation

  • 09:00 – 12:00 Uhr Fokus-Arbeitsblöcke in Stille mit einer Achtsamen „wahren Pause“ zu jeder Stunde (zwischendurch ein Achtsamkeits-Weckruf durch eine Glocke für zum: Atmen – Lächeln – Innehalten – ALI)

  • 12:00 – 12:10 Uhr Vorbereitung Mittagessen

  • 12:10 – 12:30 Uhr Gemeinsames, achtsames Mittagessen mit den 5 Kontemplationen zum Achtsamen Essen zum Start

  • 12:30 – 12:45 Uhr Abschied und Abschlussrunde


Was du brauchst:


Klare Aufgabe(n) für den Vormittag, stabile Internetverbindung, ruhiger Platz, eine vorbereitete Mahlzeit für das gemeinsame Mittagessen, die du in 10 Minuten essfertig machen kannst.
