Practice group "Mindfulness in the organization"
What we do
The "Mindfulness in Organizations (AiO)" Circle within the Mindful Business Network is a shared learning and experiential space for people who want to effectively shape and embed mindfulness in organizations. It has existed since 2013. We founded this Circle to delve deeper into the topic of mindfulness in organizations – practically, reflectively, and through genuine exchange. The focus is primarily on shared experience and development. What unites us is our practical work in bringing mindfulness to organizations such as companies, schools, universities, social institutions, and healthcare facilities. We meet as individuals, share experiences and resources, and consciously cultivate mindful speaking and listening. We are guided by questions such as: • What truly nourishes mindfulness in an organization? • How can you effectively support the development of a mindful organization? • How do you remain mindful yourself – even in challenging contexts? This is how we work in the Circle: We meet online once a quarter for 1.5 hours. Each meeting combines practice and exchange: • Arriving together with a thematic check-in • Short meditation for focus • Collection of current topics and peer exchange • Short, conscious breaks for inner reflection (ALI: Breathe – Smile – Pause) • Closing round with the question: What resonated with you? What you take away: The Circle supports you in bringing mindfulness to life in your organization (or the one you support) – well-founded, practical, and through exchange with others Practitioners. You strengthen your own practice, gain new inspiration, and develop concrete approaches for your context.

Network for Mindful Business e.V.
We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
