Working together online in mindfulness
How do we practice?
Online Mindful Co-Working offers a wonderful opportunity to feel connected to a community of like-minded individuals while simultaneously working with focus on your own projects. The community supports us in minimizing distractions and working precisely on what we have set out to do. During work meditation, we can also invite one or more "friends of mindful work": • Beginner's mind: Doing a task as if it were the first time • Single-tasking: Starting, completing, and finishing one activity – and only then moving on to the next • Small steps: If a task overwhelms us, we divide it into several small, manageable tasks • Impulse distance: Observing and letting go of the internal impulses of the mind and body and the external impulses of the environment • Extraneousness: Letting the activity be an activity and observing and letting go of the many mental and emotional interpretations • Right measure: Recognizing one's own limits of resilience • Transition: Create a conscious transition between work activities • De-identification: Let go of the mental connection between work and the ego • Sharing joy: Share the joys of work and success with others • Staying in touch with the breath • Permission for ease: "It's okay if it's easy" • ALIs: Invite short bursts of mindfulness and combine them with a few breaths. Following the principle: A - Breathe, L - Smile, I - Pause
• True Break: Real breaks in which your own need for rest is recognized and met (rest, lying down, walking, eating, closing your eyes, etc.) instead of checking emailsWe offer two formats:
Full Mindful Co-Working Day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Network for Mindful Business e.V.
We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
