Mindful Business Commitment
What is Mindful Business Commitment and how do we practice it?
Dear friends, companions, and those connected to Mindful Business Commitment (MBC), Since March 2019, we have been reciting the MBC together online. Many of us experience this regular practice as strengthening, connecting, and nourishing. The circle of regular participants has grown over time. In addition, through international NAW activities, we have also found friends who are more comfortable speaking English. We recite every month on the first Monday, alternating between German and English. In even-numbered months, the recitation and discussion will take place in German; in odd-numbered months, in English. After several years in a closed circle, we opened the recitations to all interested parties in 2022 and have had positive experiences with this. You are warmly invited to become part of this ongoing process of self-reflection and our MBC community. However, a prerequisite is that you have read the Mindful Business Commitment beforehand and feel drawn to its content. The recitation itself is not an introduction to MBC. The discussion will focus on our personal experience and practical application, and not on business ethics "discussions." You can find the MBC in several languages under the resources at the bottom of this page on our website. It is helpful if you have a printed version of the MBC available to read during the recitation.
We will recite all the exercises and then delve deeper into one of them.
You can find the Zoom access code in the individual appointment tiles (see below):

Network for Mindful Business e.V.
We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
