About Us

Please describe your group here - old text: Welcome to the Munich regional group,

Since spring 2023, we have been meeting regularly. At one of our gatherings, we worked together creatively to develop a position paper. This document is intended to help us shape our vision and goals together.

In our commitment to promoting the practice of mindful working – a core value close to our network's heart – we are also delighted to regularly offer an Online Mindful Co-Working Day. This day provides an ideal opportunity to work, learn, and share valuable experiences in a circle of people interested in mindfulness. Further information and dates can be found below.

Since some of you are already actively involved in business with a strong sense of awareness, we would be delighted to welcome you to our future meetings. It is a wonderful opportunity to practice and learn together, exchange experiences, and actively shape the direction of our group.

Our meetings are warm and open to all interested parties and currently take place online on the first Thursday of every month from approximately 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Support the
Network for Mindful Business e.V.

We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
