"Mindful Coworking" shared practice
- Mindful Coworking Days have been held at NAW since 2012.
Our community's vision is to share the experiences of this wonderful practice method and to encourage people worldwide to organize themselves into Mindful Coworking circles—within NAW and beyond.
Once a year, we organize an International Coworking Day, where we connect all our circles.
What is Mindful Coworking?
Currently, there are XX Circles within NAW itself, where you can learn about and continuously practice Mindful Coworking, either regionally or online. Mindful Coworking serves to integrate mindfulness and connection into working life, thus providing an answer to the challenges of our time. Mindful Coworking is the mindful, real-world work on one's own project within a group. This typically involves working on computers, such as writing emails, developing concepts, or editing Excel spreadsheets. Mindful work is supported by shared meditation and discussions about work content and challenges. Mindfulness bells throughout the day invite us to pause and reflect. During our shared work time, mindful work practices such as impulse control, singletasking, taking proper breaks, and mindful transitions help us. Mindful coworking connects people in silence and exchange, allowing them to share space and time. Deep friendships have naturally developed within NAW in this way.

Support the
Network for Mindful Business e.V.
We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to pursue its long-term goals. Donations are, for us, "warm money," often called "Dana" in Buddhist terminology. Dana represents giving freely and without ulterior motives to support beneficial causes. Dana is loving-kindness and goodwill, enabling the Buddha's wisdom teachings to flow powerfully onward.
